Blank Minecraft Server File

I've downloaded the java model instead of just the exe. file as I have seen others with the same downside try to fix the problem this fashion. I'm sure that the exports and imports for the IP tackle connections and have entered the 25565, and listed each TCP and UDP or no matter. I use the CT-5374 which is a Comtrend router. But the Minecraft server file; the stats, log and chat, and gamers all show up clean. Nevertheless it doesn't checklist it as a "java" or ".jar" or whatever after the file identify. I am undecided what the issue is other than it is having to deal with the blankness but I'm uninterested in working into all of those problems.  XSZXEDU.COM I've been troubleshooting for practically 3 straight hours and nonetheless can not seem to quite fix it. I can be a part of onto my multiplayer server, however my mates can not, and I am unsure of what to do now.
